Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my purchase?
If you are unsatisfied with your coaching, contact us to see if your purchase is eligible for a refund. You can also cancel any time.
How do I schedule my appointment?
Upon purchasing coaching, you'll be sent to the scheduling page to pick a date & time that work for you.
Can my team join?
Coaching is typically more effective one on one. That being said, you're welcome to add guests to coaching sessions. You'll see this option on the scheduling page when you book your session. There is not additional charge for people to join you on the call.
What if I need extra help?
Once you're enrolled in coaching, you can schedule 15 minute "parachute calls" whenever you need extra help. In addition, Synergy has a suite of other services.
